    While we have not been advised that the power issue has been completely resolved, we can see services returning and customers should now be able to connect to the internet.

    It has been confirmed that there is a power issue at the London data centre to which our service connects.

    Engineers have been despatched to the data centre and the carrier is working with data centre staff to resolve the issue.

    We do not currently have an estimated time when service is likely to be restored but we have been promised an update within an hour.

    We apologise again for the inconvenience but please be assured that our partners are working hard to resolve this issue.

    We are aware of an issue affecting customer services that is a result of a loss of power affecting equipment owned by a national carrier in our London data centre. They are working on a resolution and will update us with progess. This is affecting a wide range of their services and so we would anticipate that they will resolve the issue speedily.
