purefibrestatus - Notice history

While we have not been advised that the power issue has been completely resolved, we can see services returning and customers should now be able to connect to the internet.

Should you still be experiencing issues please re-boot your fibre router in the first instance and if that does not restore your service, contact us at support@purefibre.net or call 0330 808 2003.

We appreciate your patience and apologise for the inconvenience.

It has been confirmed that there is a power issue at the London data centre to which our service connects.

Engineers have been despatched to the data centre and the carrier is working with data centre staff to resolve the issue.

We do not currently have an estimated time when service is likely to be restored but we have been promised an update within an hour.

We apologise again for the inconvenience but please be assured that our partners are working hard to resolve this issue.
