    Sorry to inform you but there is planned work for the site on Wednesday, 17th July 2024, 00:00 until 06:00 with the down time between 00:00 and 06:00. After the outage window has completed and you still have no internet connection please power off all the internet routers for 5 minutes and power back on again. Once the units have restarted allow a few minutes for the processes to restart and check again, if you still have issues please either call 0330 808 2003 Option 2 or email support@purefibre.net to report the loss of service, thank you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this planned work which is beyond our control, thank you.

    The outage was a result of a 3rd party provider to our provider for the network experiencing an outage that affected multiple parties.

    We have been advised that the issue has been resolved and we are now seeing services restored.

    Should you still be experiencing issues, please re-boot your modem and routers in the first instance and if this does not resolve the problem ,contact us on support@purefibre.net or 0330 808 2003 and we will investigate further.

    We are really sorry for this inconvenience.

    We have been made aware of a planned outage that will be impacting the service to site.

    Although the outage window is for a full 6 hours it is not expected to require the whole period and service may be restored before the end of the window.

    If you have an issue after the outage window has expired please power off all the internet routers for 5 minutes and power back on and allow a further few minutes for the router processes to fully restart and retry. If you still have issues after carrying out the power off reboots please either call 0330 808 203 opt 2 or email support@purefibre.net to report the issue.
