    There is third party planned work being carried out on the link to site as indicated in the outage notification, a potential down time of 9 hours. Sorry for the shorter than normal notice, the outage notification has just been sent through.

    Also we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this work which is not in our control.

    Once the outage window has passed, if you have issues still please power down all the internet routers within the house for 5 minutes and power back on after that period and allow a further 3-5 minutes for all the processes to restart and then retry.
